that is defective, damaged in shipping,
or does not meet your expectations,
contact us within 14 days of delivery
to arrange a replacement or refund.
In limited situations, we are unable
to replace or refund items.

To Return an Item, Please Follow
the Steps Below:
No returns or exchanges will be
accepted without a packing slip.
Please allow
two billing cycles for refunds
to appear on your credit card statement

Blue Dandelion at 1-785-856-8210 to obtain a return authorization
number (RMA). |
2. |
Prepare
a return shipping label
for your Exchange/Return
and make sure to clearly
display your name and address
and the RMA number obtained
in step 1. |
3. |
Carefully
repackage the merchandise
and affix the return shipping
label to the outside of
your package. |
4. |
Return
the package to us via UPS,
FedEx or US Postal Service
or any other insured postal
delivery service to the
address below. |
